Arlington Bathroom Renovation - Carrol residence
This bathroom saw an extreme transformation.
Our customers wanted a bathroom that was ergonomic and, most important, safe. They are planning on aging in this beautiful Arlington house so from then on our main focus was placed on a design that will bring the best out of their space. After inspections we came to realize that there was some space between the bathroom and the adjoining room. We decided to push the wall back, re-routed major plumbing to recess the vanity and in turn creating additional space and enhanced flow.
We installed radiant heating floors under the “Natural Beige” floor tile from “Ergon”, we installed "Light Emperador" backsplash from "Vitrex Mosaic" that runs throughout the whole bathroom, “Burnbury” Cambria counter, “La Torre” sink and faucet, and other little things in order to facilitate their lives.
We left our customers, and now close friends, with a smile worth a thousand words.
Takoma Park Bathroom Renovation - Beall residence
This project focus was; safety.
Our customer desired an affordable universal looking bathroom that would be perfect for her mother. Our design emphasis was on a space that not only would be on budget but would also reduce any chance for accident. The design met with our client’s needs and expectations and so we were ready to work.
We, together with our client, selected the materials for the whole bathroom in our showroom. We installed “Savannah” tiles from “Florida Tile” on the floor and around the whole shower area, we put Cambria counter, "La Torre" sink and faucet, and a myriad of other little things that will greatly reduce any chances for accidents.
Our customer was enchanted with the re-new-vation that brought her peace of mind with style.
Wheaton Bathroom Renovation - Negron residence
This bathroom renovation was accomplish in timely fashion and met with our client’s expectations.
Our customers had a pretty clear idea of what they wanted and it only took two meetings to agree with materials and design. This young couple also wanted a trained eye before signing anything, so when the father (a contractor from out of state) of the owner checked everything and gave his thumbs up, we were ready to go.
They, with our help, chose “Antracite” tile from “Emil Ceramica” for the floor and back shower wall, "Tide-Sea Salt" tiles from "Florida Tile" on the left and right walls, accent tile "Blue Stone" backsplash from "Vitrex Mosaic" that runs throughout the bathroom, Cambria counter, and "La Torre" sink and faucet.
Our customers were satisfied with the promptness of the project and their bathroom was operational for their expected guest to enjoy it.
