Simply the best!

Buying a new countertop:

Eco is definately the best address if you like to renovate your home without hassle and trouble. We got there one day and thought it might be an expensive undertaking to buy at a „green store“. We were very impressed about the quality and the prices you get here. The Eco staff is very friendly, they know what they are talking about. They did not insist of only selling their products, when it came to special wishes about a new kitchen sink. Not only they left the best impression of all compeditors we visited, they also provided us with the best price for the same material and work!!

So, where could be the catch, we tought, maybe we would find out at the installation day?

How wrong we were. We could not believe how accurate and fast this heavy countertop was installed. A wonderfull experience these days, where perfect service is not a normal thing anymore.

Eco deserves a 5 Star double plus for it’s work and services, we highly recoment them.

I had a very good experience with All Eco Center. I needed a granite countertop to be installed as a breakfast bar in my kitchen. It was a small job, so Dave offered me to use some leftover eco-material that would make the price lower. Dave was always very helpful. It took some time to get the installer come home and do the job, but I'm pretty happy with the result, so worth the wait. I would definitely work with these guys again.

One of the great things about this shop is they carry a range of materials at a range of costs.

I used All Eco Center for cork floors and cambria countertops of my kitchen renovation. They also performed all the plumbing associated with the new kitchen sink and faucet.

Dave at all Eco Center is a saint. I stopped by his store because of its name because I wanted an eco-minded renovation. At the time I had no reference on this place. I just wanted to learn what it meant to have an eco-friendly kitchen. I was early in my research and Dave was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining the options not just from an eco lens, but design and functionality as well. I fell in love with the cork floors and set off to find the other pieces. It took many months for me to pick cabinets (which at the time he did not carry, but now does), and he weathered many repeat trips to his store with cabinet samples so I could assess floors and counter samples with each. His design sense was always helpful.

When it came time to doing the work, he was always respectful working within my budget. While Dave didn't perform the work, his contractors were on-time, courteous, and neat. They checked in with me about anything that came up and always made sure I saw what they did before they left. They measured for counters on a Friday and they were installed the following wednesday. The floor 2 days later. Their keeping to a schedule really kept the mayhem to a minimum.

Two stories on the above and beyond front. When someone came to measure counters he informed me of where there would need to be seam in the counter. Dave emailed me the following day that he looked at the drawing and made a suggestion that we move the seam. As it turns out the move was HUGELY significant, and is now in a dark back corner vs in plain view in a prep place directly near a window which would have shed a lot of light on the seam. Once I saw it, I was a little concerned, thinking "wow, why didn't the measurer think of that?" - but ultimately the point is that Dave was really overseeing the project and made sure the right thing happened. Second, a few days after installation, I found a piece of the floor that seemed not level and the finish was wearing off. I called Dave and he dispatched the floor person within days who replaced that piece and (by necessity) the surrounding ones, at no cost to me.

My PRIMARY criteria for contractors were people I could trust -- people I could trust to do a good job, show up, basically not create the nightmares so many of my friends have had with renovations. I got just what I wanted and more. I know I was a small job for them. If they are this attentive to a small job, I can't imagine how dependable they are to other customers.
I would use these folks again and recommend them without reservation.

PS: One of the great things about this shop is they carry a range of materials at a range of costs. My biggest challenge was not drooling at some higher end materials they carry -- the cost of which wasn't unreasonable but was out of my budget for this particular job.

I had All Eco Center do my hardwood floors. Dave and Moe were both easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. They were nice enough to do the install on a Saturday and finish the job in one day. I'm loving my hardwood floors and would gladly work with All Eco Center again for future projects.

It was our good fortune to meet Dave at the Arlington Green Festival over a year ago. Allergies have plagued me most of my adult life and Eco Center worked with us carefully, gently, thoroughly and with attention to every detail in order to install carpet and cork floors in our home. I had NO allergic reaction to any product!!! And the floors are beautiful. NO ONE at the Eco Center ever hurried us through a decision or showed impatience at our endless questions. What a joy to find this combination of passionate care for our planet, craftsmanship, and careful attention to what we needed. Thank you Eco Center! Because of this we are having our bathroom transformed to functional, safe and beautiful by All Eco Center.

Freda helped stage my home for resale purposes.

With all the work involved in preparing a home for sale, I needed all the help I could get. She recommended paint colors, furniture arrangement and carpet colors, in addition to providing many staging tips for a successful sale. My realtor, as well as the prospective buyers, were so impressed and made many favorable comments about my home. My house showed beautifully and we received a contract on the first Open House weekend! Freda is a real gem and I was fortunate to have worked with her.

Freda provides excellent advice and possesses superior color and design sense.

She inspired the confidence to get me through a major kitchen renovation and produced stunning results. Her knowledge and integration of materials, colors and textures are phenomenal and she is exceptionally flexible, pleasant and easy to work with. She was completely responsive to our style preferences and communicated well with us throughout the entire process. Freda chose all of our finishes which included countertop surface, tile for backsplash, flooring, paint, lighting, hardware, window coverings and wallpaper. Couldn’t be happier.

My 86 year old mother was no longer able to safely use the shower in her bathroom. The staff was very attentive to her needs and designed a lovely, accessible bathroom that does not have "handicapped accessible" written all over it! I would use All Eco again.

two thumbs up

Completely satisfied with the bathroom come up after remodeling job

The company's owner, Dave, was very helpful in the store, walking us through all of our options given that I am chemically sensitive. He was very knowledgeable. We found a carpet I liked and that did not appear to have any kind of scent; he arranged to have samples of it sent to the house so I could experience brand new samples (these might have had an odor, versus the ones in the store that had been there for awhile). The samples were fine, so we scheduled time for All Eco Center to come measure the stairs. The estimator arrived at the agreed upon time and was very efficient. Then we got an estimate, chose stair rods, and arranged for installation. The installer was very pleasant and professional. He also came on a Sunday, which was very helpful for us, given our schedules. The installation took an hour longer than expected and the installer arrived an hour late without calling to let us know about his delay (he got lost), but once here the job was done with a minimum of disturbance to our household. We are very pleased with the new carpet - it looks beautiful - and would use All Eco Center again in a heartbeat. I also would recommend them without reservation.
